You must be kidding.

It's just non-sense to think either the austrian or the Chicago schools are responsible for that.

In first place, do you are believe the guys that support the Fed and government interventions are in the bed with the austrian school?

Come on. Privatization and deregulation? It really seems you don't have a clue about America's history. Can you tell me when was that the USA started privatizing and deregulating? You've got to be kidding with this commie prejudice non-sense. USA has not ever been more socialist than now. There has never been a time in the USA that it was more well-fare state then this.

"In case you'd forgotten you guys got us into this mess, its only logical that you would continue to get it wrong."
In case you're not being someone making funny of the commies, there's no such logic as anarchist statism.

"After several decades of failed experments and conflict you're all going to see a rise in sensible leftist policy, not for humanitys sake, but because they are the only ones which are sustainable."
Damn it! First of all, what the hell would be 'sustainable'? Second, so if I fucking kill you so I can live in your home I'm making it sustainable for my life, do you really don't care if I do that? Oh, also something went wrong in the URSS, eh...? Oh yeah, they were all austrian capitalists... Eh? Oh, what the hell would be sustainability anyway?

Stupid arrogance. There's nothing like a collective sustainability.

"This given we recognize the failures in our previous keynsienism attempts and those of tyranical state capitalism, masceradng as communism."
Capitalism I talk about is all about freedom of trade. That's it. It's nothing to do with the funny thing the commies have faith since the stupid Marx wrote it...

And there's not like 'fundamentalist' in wanting freedom. There's just honest and (guess what?) people. It's only ethics that matter.

There's no right in someone being unethical (what you defend) and it doesn't matter what for.

And waste my time checking Stiglitz? I really have anything to do. Even if it is flushing my toilet for fun.

P.S. Check out Stiglitz. He proposes one of the only reasonable models for capitalism, at least of the more pure forms of capitalism, that is from the right of the economic spectrum. And Kudos on the knock to economics as a science, its not, as schiff, friedman, hayek and he rest would have you believe, there is a distinctly constructed element to it.

Paul Schiff's brand of austrian school free market capitalism is no different from the Chicago nonsense that got us into this mess. Large scale privatisation and deregulationcan can only lead to corporatism, which is exactly what we have now. For the rubbish statist, (supposidly) keysianist policies that are beng pushed through now to have any affect we need a complete over haul of the system, not further moves in the wrong direction. American search results say nothing to what the right answers are. In case you'd forgotten you guys got us into this mess, its only logical that you would continue to get it wrong. After several decades of failed experments and conflict you're all going to see a rise in sensible leftist policy, not for humanitys sake, but because they are the only ones which are sustainable. This given we recognize the failures in our previous keynsienism attempts and those of tyranical state capitalism, masceradng as communism. No doubt, however more narrow minded blogs like this will be published as people try to hang onto the last dying elemens of their belief system, not capitalism which is viable, but radical free market fundementalism. Not freedom, corporatism. On a more sinical note, by that time i'l have written a couple of 'i told you so' books and will be standing around counting my money, probably calling for deregulation so that i can use my profits to exploit all of you. FYI Keyns and Marx take a completly different view on the fundementals of economics. Marx wasn't a statist, his followers were, and Keynes was certainly not a communist, nor a statist. He believed in certain state oriented economic policies. This is a completly different thing.

Awesome! I'm Brazilian and I have to put up with a lot of marxist nonsense. I struggle in the deffense of freedom against professors every day and now I see it's worth it: small amount of efforts of freedom loving people like us spread throughout the world do make the difference.
